Which tracking unit, camera and tablet sits on each truck. Devices can move between trucks but shouldn't: a move or removal needs a reason and the device stays flagged until an editor clears it. The export has every field, for the supplier recons.

One line per truck with its leader and follower. A fleet is red when a document has expired or a required one (licence or third party) is missing; cross-border, PBS, roadworthy and COF only count once held. Click a fleet to see every document as a tile, with Renew and Edit.

Every licence and permit for active trucks and the trailers on them: licence, third party, cross-border, PBS permit per province, roadworthy and COF. Missing documents are hidden until you tick Missing under Status. Renew keeps the old and new dates in a renewal log.

Problems the system finds by itself (licences, telematics, combinations, data) and the flags set by hand on trailers, in one list. System flags clear themselves when the problem is fixed; the check runs every hour and whenever this tab opens. Mark a flag Known with a note to move it out of the way: it comes back if it gets worse. Red = act now, amber = look soon.

One line per diesel fill, from the slips. Km, km/ℓ and rands work themselves out; fills without a slip price (the history) are valued at the national diesel price for that date and marked est. Each fill is checked as it is captured, and the checks also feed the Flags tab.
